Free Walking Meditation

It is my aim to help at least 500 people feel better by going out for a walk. I have recorded this walking meditation as part of National Walking Month and National Mental Health Awareness Month. Walking is one of the simplest yet most powerful ways to support both physical and mental wellbeing. Regular walks can help improve heart health, boost energy levels, strengthen muscles and support weight management. 

Spending time outdoors and moving mindfully can calm a busy mind, lift mood and improve sleep. Even a short daily walk can create space to breathe, reset and reconnect to yourself.
