What to expect at your therapy session
I offer therapy sessions online, face to face and also provide home visits so that therapy is as accessible as possible. Face to face sessions are at my Canterbury therapy room, online can take place anywhere in the world and for home visits I cover Herne Bay, Whitstable and surrounding areas.

I always get back to clients so if you do not hear from me please check your junk mail. I take all payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and bank transfer.
Your first session with me is an initial consultation where I listen to what you want help with, explain the type of therapies on offer and establish the goals of your therapy. My therapy practice is collaborative and we will work together on your therapy outcomes.
Outcomes vary from person to person as does number of sessions required because each person and problem are individual.
Sometimes it may be more suitable for a more analytical style of therapy and I will advise this if deemed necessary. It can be illuminating and liberating to understand where our problems first started.
Free Consultation
I offer a Free consultation either online or by telephone. During this session I will take a full case history and together we will look at your goals for therapy. This is your chance to ask questions and get to know me a little bit before committing. Face to face consultations can be arranged at a fee of £45 to cover costs.
Hypnotherapy
A 1 hour Hypnotherapy session costs £110.
Emotional Freedom Techniques
A 1 hour session of Emotional Freedom Techniques costs £110.
Reiki sessions
A 40 minute Reiki session costs £50.
Book 3 Reiki sessions in advance for £135
Distance Reiki £20 for 20 minutes.
Stop Smoking Therapy
Stop Smoking Therapy £295. This is a single 90-120 minute session. A deposit of £100 is required to book and is non-refundable if you fail to meet the cancellation policy.

I offer packages for weight loss, and Hypnobirthing which can be taken online, face to face or at your home.
Slim Via Hypnosis
Slim via Hypnosis is a 4 session package at a cost of £495. The first session lasts 90 minutes and the subsequent sessions are for 1 hour each. During these sessions we will get to the heart of why you've gained weight, set goals and use a combination of hypnosis, CBT, EFT and NLP tools. MP3's and helpful handouts are included. If more sessions are needed this can be discussed.
Hypno-Band Weight Loss System
I have specialised in the Hypno-Band Weight Loss System. This is a 4 session package at a cost of £495. The first session is a 90 minute appointment with the remaining sessions lasting 60 minutes each. We will use goal setting, hypnosis and other therapy tools to help you feel fuller for longer. MP3's and helpful handouts are included.
Hypnobirthing
Having trained with Katherine Graves Hypnobirthing in London and recently with Love Your Birth, I have specialised in helping people have a calm and positive birth experience.
A full Hypnobirthing course costs £495 and includes a birth partner. The course is around 9 hours of teaching which is broken down into 3 hour sessions. A course can be taken privately at your home or online. You will also have access to a free online baby massage course.
Group Hypnobirthing courses can be arranged and priced at £295 and includes a birth partner.
All courses can be secured by a non-refundable £50 deposit.
Essentials Hypnobirthing Course
The Essentials Hypnobirthing course costs £195. The course is taught over 3 hours and can be taken privately at your home or online. Included is a free online baby massage course. A non-refundable £50 deposit is required.
Baby Massage
The baby massage course costs £100 and is delivered over 4 sessions lasting approximately 1 hour each. This can be privately at your home or online. Group bookings can be arranged at a special price.
Single session baby massage visits can also be booked for £25 each.
