What to expect at your therapy session
I offer therapy sessions online, face to face at my therapy room in Herne Bay and also provide home visits in Herne Bay, Whitstable and surrounding areas.

After our free consultation your first session with me is an initial session where I listen to what you want help with, establish the goals of your therapy and explain everything you need to know about your chosen therapy. You will then experience a powerful hypnosis relaxation session or EFT therapy depending on how you have chosen to work with me. This session is all about beginning the process of change. My therapy practice is collaborative and we will work together on your therapy outcomes. Subsequent sessions work further towards your desired goals.
Outcomes vary from person to person as does number of sessions required because each person and problem are individual.
Sometimes it may be more suitable for a more analytical style of therapy and I will advise this if deemed necessary. It can be illuminating and liberating to understand where our problems first started.

I offer a Free consultation either in person, online or by telephone. In person free consultation is in Herne Bay. During this session we can get to know each other and the problems you need help with.
Hypnotherapy &
Hypnoanalysis
Prices of Hypnotherapy are different depending on the problem presented. I would suggest taking advantage of a Free consultation where I will be able to advise you better. My therapy sessions may last up to 60 - 90 minutes. A single Hypnotherapy session is £65.
EFT sessions
An EFT session is £65. The session can last up to 60 minutes. Discount available for block booking of 3 sessions.
Reiki sessions
A 40 minute Reiki session costs £40.
Book 3 Reiki sessions in advance for £110
Distance Reiki £20 for 20 minutes.
Quit Smoking/Vaping Therapy
Stop Smoking Therapy £295. This is over 2 sessions. A deposit of £50 is required to book and is non-refundable if you fail to meet the cancellation policy.
Hypnotherapy Packages
I offer packages for weight loss, Anxiety, IBS, Menopause and Hypnobirthing which can be taken online, face to face or at your home.
Weight Loss
4 session packages are available for Weight Loss. Packages are priced at £320 and are for 60-90 minute sessions. They include all handouts and recordings as well as a weekly check in email.
HypnoMenopause
HypnoMenopause programme is over 5 sessions and includes hypnosis, CBT, mindfulness and flower remedies to help you with brain fog, sleep problems, anxiety and hot flushes. I may also use flower remedies and Reiki healing to help bring balance to mind/body. The cost is £360 and sessions are for 60-90 minutes.
HypnoIBS
The HypnoIBS programme is over 4 sessions and is designed to alleviate IBS by helping to reduce the symptoms of IBS, reduce anxiety and facilitate a better Gut/Brain connection. I may also use flower remedies and Reiki to help with healing. The cost is £295 and sessions are for 60-90 minutes.
Hypnobirthing
Having trained with Katherine Graves Hypnobirthing in London and recently with Love Your Birth, I have specialised in helping people have a calm and positive birth experience.
A full Hypnobirthing course costs £395 and includes a birth partner. The course is around 9 hours of teaching which is broken down into 3 hour sessions. A course can be taken at my therapy room in Herne Bay or privately at your home. You will also have access to a free online baby massage course.
Group Hypnobirthing courses can be arranged and priced at £295 and includes a birth partner.
All courses can be secured by a non-refundable £50 deposit.
Essentials Hypnobirthing Course
The Essentials Hypnobirthing course costs £150. The course is taught over 3 hours and can be taken at my therapy room in Herne Bay or privately at your home. Included is a free online baby massage course. A non-refundable £50 deposit is required.
