  • Explore emotional triggers

  • Identify emotional attachments

  • Use EFT to reduce resistance

  • Prepare your subconscious for change

Session 2 - Treatment Session

The second session is your main hypnotherapy treatment. The session helps you to strengthen your commitment, reinforce a non-smoker/vaper identity and feel calmer and in control.
