Most people who contact me are curious about what Hypnotherapy actually is. Hypnosis in simple terms is a relaxation technique. It is a natural state which our mind enters several times a day. It is a deep state of relaxation and focused concentration. An example would be when you are reading a book or driving on autopilot. In Hypnosis you do not lose control or fall asleep, you are fully aware and remember the session. When in Hypnosis your mind is highly responsive to suggestions which help to reprogram the mind.

Session amounts vary from person to person depending on their issue. I usually suggest 3-6 sessions. Weight loss for example is over 4 sessions and smoking cessation is just 1 session.

Smoking cessation - £295 for a 2 hour session
Weight loss - £495 for 4 sessions
