Session amounts vary from person to person depending on their issue. I usually suggest 3-6 sessions. Weight loss for example is over 4 sessions and smoking cessation is just 2 sessions.
As a HypnoIBS Practitioner, I offer a 3 session package which focuses on the mind-gut connection. During this session you will learn practical tools to help relieve the physical of IBS as well as helping you to deal with the stress and anxiety which can be triggering for IBS. You will receive diet, sleep and exercise advice, learn self-hypnosis and enjoy a guided hypnotherapy session on each visit.
